QUESTION OF THE DAY; Submitted by R.S. – a 35 years old male
Do penis stretching devises really work?
Attempts at penile lengthening parallel Human History.
In the Pre-Modern ERA, these attempts were practiced by many cultures around the world. These involved some sort of weight or stretching devise, some ingenious, some torturous. These worked best when started on young boys before the age of puberty, not so well in adults.
Using a stretching device in an adult is unpredictable at best, unless surgery is performed first.
The main reasons that it is difficult to predict are;
- The inherit elasticity of the penis is different in different men the more elastic the better the results.
- The stretchers are not strong enough to stretch the suspensory ligaments that hold the penis under the pubic bone. Therefore the penis behind the ligaments which is about half of the total penis length is not likely to be advanced unless the ligaments are released by my MISL procedure.
- Unless the stretcher is used about 24/7 for several months to a year- no result may be obtained. Many men cannot keep up these demands and soon abandon the devices.
The stretcher is an important part of our MISL procedure since it prevents retraction after surgery. Retraction occurs because the anchoring of the penis is deep inside the pelvis way behind the ligaments. Continued use of our stretcher after the surgery is healed can give additional length gain much easier than without surgery.
That’s all for now—
